Terms are subject to change. Please ensure that you’ve reviewed everything below before commissioning me.

USAGE

• Clients are permitted to:
  • Share the commission on social media accounts
  • Edit the commission for personal use such as icons, headers, wallpapers, etc.
  • Print the commission, so long as there is no profit being made from the commissioned piece
• Clients are prohibited from:
  • Utilizing the commissioned work for NFTs
  • Utilizing the commissioned work for AI training
  • Utilizing the commissioned work for Crypto
  • Utilizing the commissioned work for profit*
    • If you would like to commission me to design merchandise or prints, I’m open to it, but will require this to be stated upfront so that I can adjust the overall commission price — I do not charge commercial fees for the use of work as thumbnails or in streams, etc.
    • Reselling the commissioned work in any way (ie: in the case of bundling commissioned work with the selling of a character/design) is also prohibited — commissioners are free to give new design owners high-resolution files at no extra cost to the buyer of course, but please do not resell the commissioned piece itself or factor it into the price of the design.

PAYMENT

• Payment will be processed via PAYPAL invoices.
• I will not begin work on a commission until invoices have been paid in full — commissioners will be reminded every 7 days for a month after an inquiry has been accepted regarding payment. Commissions will automatically be cancelled if payment has not been received one month after an inquiry has been accepted.
• Partial payment/payment plans may be negotiated for any piece costing more than 100 USD.
• The final invoice price will include sales tax and any processing fees. Prices listed are cost of commissions before fees are calculated. I will confirm the final price before sending your invoice!

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

• Please note that certain commission types are non-refundable once they are accepted - this typically replies to commission types with relatively fast turnaround speeds (ie: simple chibis, sketches, etc)
• Full refunds will only be granted if I have not started your commission. Otherwise, refunds may be negotiated on a partial basis dependent on the amount of work I’ve done.
• In the case of a cancellation, the above policy applies — I will issue refunds in accordance to the amount of work that has been completed.

REVISIONS

• Please note that certain commission types will not allow for revisions - again, this applies for commissions with fast turnaround speeds. Please ensure that your references and request are clear before submitting your inquiry to ensure accurate delivery.
